Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical courses
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting, preferably in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong technical skills in automated systems, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, control systems, and production line efficiency optimization
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and plant safety standards (experience in regulated industries is a plus)
  • Excellent leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficient in basic data analysis and production reporting tools
  • Willing to work in a plant-based and occasionally field-based setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts cost benefit analysis for new projects and monitors projected results during implementation.
  • Gather, control and generates production standards (Rates, Labor, Power) for Capacity and Costing purposes.
  • Monitors and control department CapEx and monthly G&A Budget.
  • Ensures compliance to the weekly production schedule initiated by production planner to maintain ICO level in FG Warehouse.
  • Schedule, request and allocate manpower resources based on the weekly production requirements as planned by production planner.
  • Ensures established cycle time and production yield standards for each product achieved in the production process.
  • Conduct Root-Cause Analysis for operational constraints and do corrective action plans to resolve gaps.
  • Conducts meeting, coaching and mentoring to production personnel
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot real-time equipment and process issues, and coordinate with Engineering or Maintenance for quick resolution.
  • Optimize line efficiency through data-driven analysis and implementation of process improvements, automation enhancements, and downtime reduction strategies.
  • Performs the following SAP production transactions such as PO Settlement, Bulk and FG Confirmation, Transfer Posting, Reservation, Routing, Goods Receipt, Work Center Creation and Inventory Posting.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
