Teacher / Trainor:

  • Morning Preparation: Ensure the training and/or marketing activity of the day and everything is set before leaving the premises.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for employees, partners, and clients.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to business needs.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the Academy.
  • Manage public relations to maintain a positive public image.
  • Involve in teaching robotics to Level 1-3 students and programming classes, with training provided.
  • Prepare daily performance report and Monthly Report to Center Manager / Business Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both training and marketing roles
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of training techniques and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Part-time, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php6, Php10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
