Personal Driver

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and safety-conscious Personal Driver to support a business executive. This role involves providing daily transportation, ensuring punctual arrival to meetings, and assisting with various work-related errands. The ideal candidate is familiar with supplier environments, flexible with schedule changes, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the executive to offices, meetings, and other appointments.
• Plan efficient routes and adjust based on traffic, conditions, or schedule changes.
• Ensure the executive arrives on time while maintaining safe driving standards.
• Assist with transporting documents, drawings, material samples, or small tools when required.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
• Perform routine inspections and coordinate scheduled maintenance or repairs.
• Track mileage, fuel usage, and service records.
• Navigate from one location to another safely and professionally.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure the vehicle is parked in approved areas.
• Assist with light logistical tasks such as picking up permits, dropping off documents, or delivering items if needed.
• Run personal and business-related errands as requested.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide assistance with carrying bags, equipment, or documents.
• Maintain flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or urgent trips.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Previous experience as a personal or executive driver (preferred).
• Safe navigation in rugged or uneven areas.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and route planning.
• Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and strong communication skills.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and discretion.
• Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and last-minute changes.
• Physically capable of assisting with lifting small items, tools, or documents.
• Can speak at least conversational English (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving SUVs, trucks, or other vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Safety training or defensive driving certification.

Work Environment

• Mix of driving, waiting time at locations, and occasional errands.
• Flexible schedule; may require early mornings, late evenings, or weekend availability.
• Stay – in at accommodation to be provided by the company.

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
