Job Description:

As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption. Scope covers impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.

Qualifications:

●     Years of Experience: at least 2-3 years of experience

●     Proven experience in system implementation

●     Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process

●     Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

●     Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

●     Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

●     Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.

●     Knowledge of project management principles.

●     Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage
