Job Description:

  • Reviews and tracks inventory transactions, movements, and deletions.
  • Implements efficient inventory management procedures.
  • Reconciles inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Inventory Cost Team and third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Reports stock variances to management for corrective action
  • Participates in monthly physical inventory counts.
  • Collects and validates Receiving Reports (RR) and supporting documents (supplier Delivery Receipt, Receiving Report, etc.).
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of documents before transmitting them to Head Office.
  • Records all Delivery Receipts (DR), Out of Stock and Non-Delivery (OSND) reports, and Stock Order Requests (SOR).
  • Submits daily reports on Delivery Receipt tracking and completeness.
  • Processes booking and closing of Sales Orders (SO) accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain (preferred), Business Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year experience in Food manufacturing plant/restaurant industry is an advantage. With adequate knowledge of procurement and warehousing/logistics operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Analyzes inventory movements and discrepancies to determine root causes.
  • Provides recommendations for process improvements and variance resolution.

3. Strong Organizational Skills

  • Maintains well-organized records for inventory transactions and reports.
  • Ensures proper documentation is completed and submitted on time.

4. Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems

  • Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP inventory modules.
  • Ability to process transactions, generate reports, and troubleshoot system discrepancies.

5. Communication and Coordination Skills

  • Effectively collaborates with warehouse personnel, suppliers, and other departments.
  • Clearly communicates inventory issues and recommendations to management.

6. Time Management & Multitasking

  • Meets deadlines for report submissions, stock reconciliation, and inventory counts.
  • Balances multiple responsibilities, such as data entry, analysis, and documentation.

7. Integrity & Accountability

  • Ensures transparency and honesty in handling inventory records
  • Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and follows through on commitments.

8. Knowledge of Warehousing & Logistics Operations

  • Understands proper stock handling, storage procedures, and inventory flow.
  • Familiar with standard warehousing practices, including FIFO, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
