Job Description
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will be the backbone of seamless HR operations and precise payroll management. Your work will span document management, employee lifecycle support, benefits administration, system updates, and insightful reporting-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience every step of the way.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Manila time; 8 AM - 5 PM UK time), Semi-flexible schedule, weekends off
Work setup: Permanent WFH with occasional on-site team collaboration as needed

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR and/or payroll role
- International payroll experience preferred
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Experience in payroll administration and HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and payroll software
- Knowledge of pension schemes, benefits platforms, and employee engagement tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
Your Daily Tasks
Payroll Admin
- Maintain and administer employee benefits documents, enrollment forms and related documentation.
- Track statutory deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Track absences, holidays, sick leave, and other time-off types and ensure documentation is provided to support
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting.
HR Admin
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (HRIS, BambooHR), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process including document collection, system setup, and coordination of welcome procedures.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, contracts, and changes in terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR and payroll documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Create and maintain checklists and templates for onboarding, probation, leavers, movers, change in salary or job title and payroll workflows.
- Preparation of letters for employee changes such as salary or job title.
- Track probation reviews and check eligibility for referral bonuses.
- Respond to employee queries or sign post to the correct person/team in a timely and professional manner.
Systems & Reporting
- Confidently use HRIS, payroll platforms, and internal tools to manage workflows and data.
- Update internal hubs such as Watson with HR documentation, policies and relevant HR and Payroll information.
- Pull and compile HR and payroll reports for internal use and audits.
- Build and maintain accurate, insightful HR and payroll reports across areas such as headcount, absence, turnover, compensation, and payroll summaries.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation) to manage, clean, and analyze employee data.
- Extract, interpret, and present data in meaningful formats to support HR, Finance, and Leadership teams in decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team to identify reporting needs and continuously improve the structure and automation of routine reporting.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
- Ensure documentation is consistently maintained.
- Support audits and compliance by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.
