Position Summary
Working as part of the tight-knit Manila team, you will advise and manage key HR processes for a specific client group in our Manila office. Flexible in your approach you will be keen to develop your professional knowledge in a fast-paced and stimulating working environment.

Although primarily focused on day to day operational matters, you will also work across a wide range of projects. You can anticipate unforeseen challenges and will be both resilient and pragmatic in your approach to managing change.

Supporting our HR Managers and Specialists, you will develop a good understanding of employment law. You will also be at the heart of our focus on delivering the Firm's vision of profitable growth and will champion our internal culture. Duties And Accountabilities1

  • Prepare reports and conduct analysis on the Mobility population using the Firm's Mobility system and relevant HR systems.
  • Coordinate and process billing for all mobility vendors.
  • Process expense reimbursements and allocate costs to appropriate practice groups.
  • Coordinate daily operations by drafting documentation, completing HR submission forms (PANs), and handling joiner/leaver repatriation administrative tasks.
  • Provide general assistance to Mobility & Immigration specialists and managers.
  • Respond to and manage shared mailbox messages as the initial point of contact, escalating issues to Mobility & Immigration Specialists and Managers when necessary.
  • Perform data entry and analysis regarding compensation and relocation assistance considered taxable in the USA/UK.
  • Assist with and coordinate task workflows including signed documents/terms, RAC approval, immigration matters, and payroll/tax processes.
