We are looking for a dedicated Application Analyst – HR Solutions Support to join our Colleague Solutions team. In this role, you will be providing expert end-user support and technical governance across HR systems (primarily Workday) while resolving complex issues, managing system transitions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in HR solutions.

What will you do as an Application Analyst – HR Solutions Support?
Reporting to the Service Manager – HR Systems, your accountabilities will include:
- Deliver exemplary end-user support across core HR applications, with Workday as the core HCM.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests across HR systems, including Workday (HCM, Integrations, Reporting, etc.), PageUp, and VNDLY.
- Develop and enforce best practice technical governance for the HR application suite.
- Partner with the HR Solutions Delivery team to transition new configuration, releases, and continuous improvements into live operation.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders across the organisation to instill confidence in the HR Solutions area.

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential:
- In-depth knowledge of HR applications and broad HCM systems experience (Workday is the core).
- Direct, hands-on experience in one or more Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Integrations, Reporting).
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems using technical expertise.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent end-user support and meet SLAs.
- Professional qualification or equivalent by experience, or degree qualified with significant experience.
- Strong communicating and influencing skills to advise senior members of staff and stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience with troubleshooting Workday integration failures and data discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of other HR applications like PageUp (Recruitment, Onboarding) or VNDLY (Vendor Management System)
