Responsibilities:

  • Raise billing documents using SAP system
  • Timesheet administration
  • Build and maintain projects including plan data
  • Monitor internal controls around the billing process and report non-compliance to Project Shared Services (PSS) Manager
  • Monitor the correct functioning of the procedures documented by PSS
  • Maintain working relationships with those responsible for project monitoring within the Business Units and Finance department
  • Recommend changes to systems or processes affecting PSS as necessary to the PSS Manager
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant course
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in Billing Administration, AP, AR or General Accounting, preferably gained from BPO or Shared Services environment
  • Has basic understanding of project principles, accounting principles and Financial Reporting Software
  • Preferably with knowledge in SAP Accounting system
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Can communicate to all levels i.e., local team, clients, onshore suppliers and project managers
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment like Fujitsu GDC
  • Has strict attention to detail
  • Okay with morning shift
  • Okay to work on extended hours and work during holidays
