Service Desk Analyst

- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for end-users
- Handle service requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the system accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication
- Support business operations by working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT/Help Desk experience
- Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Amenable to work in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig
