Position: IT Service Desk Analyst
Work set up: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night shift/Shifting Schedule
Start date: ASAP(November 21, 2025)
Site: Eton Centris, Quezon City
Perks and Benefits
- EARN up to 38,000 basic plus 2,400 Non Taxable Allowance( Depends on Previous salary and experiences as ITSD)
- 25,000 SIGN ON BONUS
- 20% Night differential

Qualifications:
-AT LEAST HS GRADUATE/SHS GRADUATE/COLLEGE LEVEL ( With DIPLOMA/TOR)
-Must have 2 years and up IT SERVICE DESK/Helpdesk Exp in BPO( Voice International Acct)
-Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD).
-Must have experienced troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Can start ASAP
