Qualifications:
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field
Additional certifications or postgraduate studies in F&B, luxury retail, or customer service (preferred)
Professional Experience
3–5+ years in luxury retail, high-end F&B, or boutique hospitality
Experience managing flagship or boutique stores
Background in launching or opening new store locations (an advantage)
Leadership & Team Management
Proven ability to lead and develop service-oriented teams
Skilled in scheduling, performance evaluation, and team motivation
Experience managing multicultural teams (preferred)
Sales & Financial Acumen
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
Familiar with POS systems and sales reporting tools
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
Deep understanding of luxury service and guest experience
Comfortable handling VIPs and sensitive customer service issues
Strong personal alignment with Ladurée's refined brand identity
Communication & Language Skills
Excellent verbal and written English
French or other foreign languages (a plus, not required)
Confident communicator with both customers and internal stakeholders
Operational Knowledge
Familiarity with visual merchandising, store presentation, and SOPs
Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Proficient in using digital tools and retail tech (POS, CRM, Excel, etc.)
Soft Skills & Personal Traits
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Charismatic, polished, and professional demeanor
Flexible with schedules (weekends, holidays, events)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Job Description:
Operational Leadership & Brand Excellence
•* Lead and oversee daily boutique operations—ensuring consistency with Ladurée's global standards in service, hygiene, and luxury presentation.*
•* Manage shift planning, handle cash operations, and ensure smooth opening and closing routines.*
•* Maintain visual merchandising and ambiance in alignment with the upscale aesthetic of the salon de thé and boutique.*
Sales Performance & Financial Oversight
•* Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and analyze performance data to drive revenue and profitability.*
•* Execute upsells and seasonal promotions, coordinating with marketing teams for strategic campaigns.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
