Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join our Administration department at Wingman Group PTY LTD. As a Registered Training Organization (RTO), we are committed to providing high-quality training and assessment services.

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs

  • Assess and evaluate student performance

  • Provide constructive feedback and support to learners

  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Job requirements

To be considered for the Trainer and Assessor role at Wingman Group PTY LTD in the Administration department, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

  • Relevant vocational qualification and industry experience

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills

  • Experience with online and face-to-face delivery

    Technical Requirements:

    • Equipment is self-provided

    • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

    • Working Webcam

    • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM

    • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection

    • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps

    • Dual Monitor
