Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery
• Plan and conduct training sessions on EV bus systems: batteries, drivetrains, charging equipment, and preventive maintenance.

Curriculum Support
• Collaborate with senior trainers or external experts to update lesson plans and training materials in line with new EV technologies.

Compliance
• Assist in securing and maintaining TESDA and LTO accreditations where required.

Trainer Development
• Mentor and guide a small team of instructors.
• Schedule classes and practical sessions.
• Develop localized training curriculum for operations and hands-on learning

Fleet Liaison
• Coordinate with transport cooperatives, bus operators, and charging-station partners for practical training and internships.

Safety Oversight
• Enforce workplace safety measures and ensure trainees follow high-voltage handling protocols.
