Job Type: Full-time

Shift & Schedule: 8 hrs, Shift System, Everyday

Store/Branch Location: GH Mall, Annex, Greenhills Shopping Center

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, taking orders accurately through the POS system.
• Be knowledgeable about our menu and confidently make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Prepare beverages and other orders efficiently and consistently, following store standards.
• Deliver excellent service and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Open and/or close the store as needed, including tasks such as setting up or cleaning equipment and ensuring the store is tidy and secure.

Requirements:

• At least a high school graduate
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays, occasional overtime, and occasional night shift.
• Able to provide necessary employment documents and requirements
• Previous experience in food and beverage service
• Comfortable in speaking English
• Preferably resides near the store location or has reliable access to transportation
• Has a genuine interest in Korean culture, K-Dramas, and/or K-Pop
• Must be available to start immediately

Other Requirements:

• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is detail-oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and works well with a team
