We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in designing functional, safe, and visually appealing spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a solid understanding of materials and trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software.
  • Conduct site visit to check the progress, and quality of construction.
  • Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes.
  • Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to implement design plans.
  • Supervise the installation of design elements to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Support the design department in a day to day task such as cost estimate, quotation and supplier canvassing.
  • Support in purchase list preparations and turn over inspection.
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant health and safety standards and building codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Familiarity w/ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCad, Sketch Up (or similar 2d/3d design software).
  • Understanding of design fundamentals: space planning, color theory and material selection.
  • Willing to travel for site visits and store inspections.
  • Creativity and a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent sense of space, color, lighting, and materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and client presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
