[Work Setup]

  • Daily onsite work in Ayala, Makati
  • Work shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Preferably living in Makati or nearby cities

[Job Requirements]

  • Graduate of any Accounting-related course, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of proven and continuous solid experience in end-to-end payroll and govt. mandated benefits
  • Proficient in manual and system-aided payroll processing
  • Relevant experience in client payroll handling and management
  • Handles withholding tax computation, preparation of BIR 2316, Alphalist, and 1601C, and submission of the same to the BIR
  • Skilled in MS Excel functions and formulas

[Technical Qualifications]

  • Expert in manual payroll computation
  • Handled volume payroll processing of different cut-offs
  • Significant experience in handling mandatory govt. contribution reporting and remittance, statutory benefits and loans.
  • Updated on navigating different portals of SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, and ORUS.
  • Skilled in reconciling issues on unposted contributions and remittance, and loan arrears.
  • Well-versed in monthly remittance return of income taxes withheld on compensation.
  • Strong knowledge in DOLE compliance related to compensation and statutory benefits reporting
  • Proven experience in managing different clients and attending to various concerns and queries simultaneously.
