Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor real-time trending content, social media dynamics, and user preferences in Indonesia and the Philippines, with a sharp focus on the gaming industry.
  • Identify emerging gaming content trends (e.g., gameplay formats, narrative styles, viral challenges) and translate insights into actionable content plans for KOL collaboration projects.
  • Support the end-to-end KOL collaboration process: brief development, content review, performance tracking, and post-campaign optimization.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of gaming-related social media content across key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, local platforms like Kumu/Shopee Live) in target markets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content operations, KOL management, or gaming industry-related roles, with a focus on the Philippines markets.
  • Strong insight and sensitivity to real-time social media trends, especially gaming-related content in Indonesia and the Philippines.
  • Excellent understanding of gaming industry social media content (e.g., gameplay streams, reviews, challenges, esports content) and user engagement drivers.
  • Proficient in English
