What You'll Do

• Drive pricing strategy by managing SKUs, deals, and promotions with Vendor Analysts
• Resolve technical issues related to ordering, provisioning, and API integrations
• Master onboarding workflows and step into a subject matter expert role post-launch
• Bridge communication gaps by guiding internal teams through vendor and product processes
• Maintain accuracy by auditing and updating documentation and knowledge bases
• Shape platform improvements by capturing requirements and collaborating with Product Operations
• Lead cross-functional alignment by organizing and contributing to process improvement meetings
• Foster collaboration by building strong partnerships across department

What You Bring

• Proven foundation with experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role
• Tool-savvy mindset, with familiarity in platforms like Wrike, Jira, Asana, or Postman
• Process-aware and comfortable working within Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Design Thinking frameworks
• Detail-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity with confidence
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds strong working relationships
• Growth-oriented with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced, evolving space

Working pattern:

• This role requires flexibility, there will be evening and weekend working shift, with the opportunity to cross collaborate with other regions around the Pax8 global team.
