About this Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator based in the Philippines to support a U.S.-based team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with day-to-day coordination, administrative support, and communication across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate day-to-day client requests and follow-ups across internal teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including document preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Track client tasks, deadlines, and service deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for internal and client-facing use.
- Maintain organized client files and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support process improvements to enhance client service efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based team members, accommodating time zone differences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of experience in client services, customer support, administrative coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence handling phone calls with U.S.-based clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, team-based environment
- Willing to work U.S. business hours (night shift, PH time), full-time 40 hours a week
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
