Main Purpose of the Job

The HR Associate provides comprehensive support across all facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes, timely employee support, and alignment with company policies and labor regulations while helping cultivate a positive and people-centered workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and pre-employment requirements.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including 201 files and HR databases.
  • Monitor and process employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll purposes.
  • Provide support in handling employee concerns and inquiries, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies, guidelines, and updates to employees.
  • Help organize employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies through accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports for internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, external partners, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and HR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee and company information.
  • Render such other HR-related services and duties that may be assigned.

Desired Qualifications

  • Work Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of HR-related experience; internship experience will be considered. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Level of Knowledge: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Core: Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, empathy, and a people-first mindset. Possesses strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Maintains confidentiality and delivers tasks accurately and on time.

Functional: Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
