ACMobility is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Branch Finance Assistant responsible for the preparation and analysis of branch financial statements and reports. The role includes maintaining the journal book, general ledger, and chart of accounts, handling tax and other regulatory requirements of the branch, consolidating tax requirements of IADI, and preparing various accounting schedules.

*Work arrangement: ON-Site 8AM - 5PM Mondays to Saturday

Job Responsibilitie**

  • s:Posts journal entries to the Journal Book and prepares the General Ledger and Financial Statements of the branc
  • h.Maintains and updates the Chart of Account
  • s.Prepares and consolidates Operations Review Materials, Executive Summary Reports, and other reports required by Central Finance and Ayala Corporatio
  • n.Prepares breakdowns of administrative expenses and analyzes accounts and financial report
  • s.Ensures timely preparation and submission of tax and other regulatory requirements of the branch, including VAT, withholding taxes, fringe benefit taxes, income taxes, annual registration of books, registration fees, and local business taxe
  • s.Coordinates with branches for the consolidation of these tax requirement
  • s.Works with the Human Resources Department on payroll-related transactions. Ensures that remittances to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and APMC align with book record
  • s.Handles accounting for fixed and low-value assets, ensures correct depreciation entries, conducts physical counts, and reconciles results with book balance
  • s.Prepares and reconciles schedules related to advances to/from inter-branch transaction
  • s.Prepares and analyzes accounting schedules, including: Other Current Assets, Other Current Liabilities, Accounts Payable – Suppliers, Taxes and Licens
  • esPrepares the weekly status report of the Accounting Departmen
  • t.Assists the Finance & Admin Manager in coordinating and fulfilling requirements for internal and external audit
  • s.Monitors and ensures compliance with internal control policies and procedures related to vehicle sales transaction
  • s.Prepares journal entries for assigned account
  • s.Performs other related duties as assigned from time to tim
