Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payables, receivables).
  • Help prepare and update accounting records using Excel or accounting software.
  • Support monthly closing processes.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and liquidations.
  • Monitor collections, follow up on outstanding receivables, and update AP/AR reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all vouchers.

3. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports such as:

  • Cash flow monitoring

  • Budget vs actual expenses
  • Petty cash liquidation
  • Support the team during audits and compliance checks.

4. Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Help prepare government remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) as needed.
  • Maintain organized financial files and system records.
  • Assist in coordination with suppliers, banks, and internal departments.

5. Other Finance Tasks

  • Participate in process improvements for finance workflows.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Supervisor or Manager.
