Job Description:

The Finance Staff will be responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the company, including monitoring expenses, preparing financial documents, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. The role contributes to maintaining organized financial records, assisting in budget preparation, and coordinating finance-related concerns. The Finance Staff will help ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including vouchers, invoices, reimbursements, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated financial files and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and schedules.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile petty cash and other internal funds.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding billings, payment requests, and discrepancies.
  • Provide support during audits by organizing and submitting required documents.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
