We're looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated
Analyst
to support our
Professional Services
organization. This role focuses on streamlining operations, supporting core business processes, and improving system efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders across teams and help drive operational success through data, tools, and process improvements.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 3+ years in a business operations or similar role, ideally in a
    SaaS
    or
    tech
    environment
  • Experience with
    Salesforce
    and
    Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    Certinia (FinancialForce)
    or other PSA tools
  • Familiarity with
    UAT
    ,
    Jira
    , or
    TestRail
  • Background supporting
    Professional Services
    or
    Customer Success
    teams
  • Salesforce Admin certification
    is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Professional Services team
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly business processes using
    Salesforce
    ,
    Certinia (PSA)
    , and
    Skilljar (LMS)
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows
  • Support system updates and perform
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Maintain documentation for processes and tools
  • Build and manage dashboards and reports to track key metrics
