We are looking for an ambitious Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to build client relationships, explore new markets, and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Support senior team members in preparing business proposals and presentations
  • Assist in managing client accounts and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, recruitment, operations) to meet client needs
  • Track market trends, competitors, and opportunities to contribute insights for strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
  • Experience in sales, client management, or business development is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
