About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), software management, and overall IT systems administration. The ideal candidate will handle system development, software optimization, AI tool integration, and technical support to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, install, and maintain company software, systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Implement, configure, and monitor AI tools, automation platforms, and digital solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and integrate AI or software improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or new technologies.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, assets, and system configurations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software management, system administration, or IT support.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in AI tools, automation systems, or machine-learning–based applications.
  • Strong understanding of networks, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity basics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
