We are looking for a Technical Support Representative who enjoys problem-solving, helping people, and making technology easier to use. If you're passionate about delivering great customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues, product functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer service database.
  • Analyze and identify root causes of technical issues.
  • Guide customers through problem-solving processes in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with the product development team on recurring issues, providing feedback to improve user experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a technical support role within a BPO setup
  • Basic understanding of networking, software, or hardware support (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can explain complex technical issues in simple terms
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in technology
