Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse & Purchasing Manager based in Pasig City. The Warehouse & Purchasing Manager will oversee daily operations related to inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient supply chain processes. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, monitoring inventory levels, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies while optimizing operational efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge in inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain coordination
  • Proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiation, and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or purchasing management is preferred
