About the role

As an Audit Manager at Digits Trading Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's internal audit efforts. You will be responsible for leading a team of auditors in evaluating the effectiveness of the company's internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring Digits Trading Corporation and affiliate companies' compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This full-time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of Digits Trading Corporation's (and affiliate companies) financial, operational, and compliance processes
  • Oversee the execution of internal audits, including gathering and analysing data, identifying risks and control weaknesses, and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee
  • Lead and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging audit trends to enhance the company's internal audit capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within a large, complex organization.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing audit engagements, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex business issues
  • Proficient in the use of audit software and data analysis tools
  • Professional certification, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is preferred
