As an Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our organization's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. You will conduct internal audits, assess compliance with policies and regulations, identify operational risks, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance business performance and safeguard assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop audit work programs, and perform fieldwork testing.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support special projects such as fraud investigations, system reviews, and compliance assessments.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, auditing standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or any related field.

Experience & Certifications:

  • 1–3+ years of internal or external audit experience (industry depending)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Indeed

  • Proficiency in audit software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
