Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in operational audit, treasury, accounting, or financial controls
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading audit or operations teams
  • Strong expertise in cash flow monitoring, remittance reconciliation, vouchers, tickets, TORs, and audit documentation
  • Proven ability to oversee multi-unit operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis, reporting, and data consolidation
  • In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit standards
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation, communication, and report-writing abilities
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines (weekly, 5th & 20th schedules)
