The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the production process particularly in gathering data for production reports, inventory monitoring, and executing specific transactions in SAP System such as PO receiving and move order transfer.

  • Encodes production reports provided by manufacturing lines in SAP accurately.
  • Gathers and checks process monitoring records before forwarding to superior.
  • Maintains appropriate files for tracking batch records.
  • Performs PO Receiving in SAP system.
  • Executes Move Order Transfer of raw and packaging materials in SAP.
  • Monitors and compares inventory of raw and packaging materials in the system versus actual.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program or course.
  • Open to fresh graduates with internship/OJT experience in SAP encoding and inventory management.
  • With have at least two (2) years experience in production operation handling data gathering and encoding, inventory monitoring, and ERP data updating
  • With advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel application
  • Preferably, with experience working in a manufacturing or production industries
  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule in Marilao, Bulacan.
