Job Function and Responsibilities:

  1. Business Process Immersion & Understanding

  2. Participate in business unit immersion sessions to capture end-to-end workflows.

  3. Collaborate with business SMEs and system owners to map existing processes and identify QA touchpoints.

  4. Test Planning and Documentation

  5. Maintain detailed and organized QA documentation, ensuring traceability of tests to business needs.

  6. Tool and Solution Coverage Expansion

  7. Ensure all tools, regardless of criticality, are tested for functionality, integration, and user acceptance.

  8. Test Execution and Defect Management

  9. Execute manual testing activities across supported tools, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

  10. Collaboration and Reporting

  11. Liaise with internal QA teams, business analysts, and developers to ensure alignment in understanding and execution.

  12. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and test coverage reports to internal stakeholders.

  13. Escalate issues or gaps discovered during immersion and testing.

  14. Continuous Improvement

  15. Recommend improvements to testing processes based on learnings from immersion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of QA experience in web and similar platforms such as Power Platform.

  2. Experience in testing web applications, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows

  3. Familiar with SharePoint, Dataverse

  4. Understanding of Agile testing practices

  5. Detail-oriented, strong documentation skills

SOW (Scope of Work) Deliverables

  1. Business Requirements Document (BRD)

  2. Functional Specifications Document (FSD)

  3. Process maps / wireframes / user stories

  4. UAT scenarios and test cases

  5. Change impact assessments

  6. End-user training materials
