Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH after 1–2 months of full onsite training)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Tax Officer (CPA) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance, supporting audits, providing tax guidance to employees, and helping strengthen the company's overall tax processes. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in taxation, preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry, and can balance compliance with value-driven tax planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax requirements.
  • Participate in updating and improving the Tax Manual, addressing operational gaps and ensuring alignment with laws and practices.
  • Assist in organizing annual tax training sessions and developing a comprehensive tax database.
  • Draft tax guides and provide solutions for employee tax-related concerns.
  • Support the Tax Manager in reviewing related-party transactions and transfer pricing compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to legally minimize the Group's tax liabilities.
  • Stay updated with the latest local and national tax laws and regulations.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all tax-related dealings.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • CPA license is required
  • 5–6 years of solid tax experience (public or private sector)
  • Strong background in the manufacturing industry

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in tax compliance reviews and tax planning
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting systems
