Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is urgently searching for Senior Developers. We are looking for multiple candidates for our client, and will be actively hiring over the course of a year.

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days WFH

Work Type: Project Based

The Role

Our client is seeking experienced Senior Developers to build high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. The ideal candidates will have deep technical expertise in , modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud-based architectures — with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using and related technologies.
Create and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high-performance applications.
Implement efficient data models and integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Collaborate closely with front-end teams, architects, and DevOps to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability through testing and monitoring.
Participate in architectural discussions, solution design, and technical planning.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7-10 years of professional software development experience is required, with at least 7 years focused on
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks (e.g., , NestJS, or Fastify).
Solid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Proficiency in database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, Postman, Swagger, Jest, etc.).
Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
