Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior RPA Developer | Power Platform based in Taguig, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior RPA Developer will design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using the Power Platform and related tools. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, building and testing RPA workflows, and ensuring deployments comply with quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting and providing support for deployed solutions while staying updated on the latest advancements in RPA technologies. The candidate will contribute significantly to driving operational efficiency and streamlining business processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation, with experience in implementing and optimizing workflows
  • Experience with any of (Canvas, Model Driven, Power pages, No-code and Pro Code, Dataverse and CRM) and who are consultants that can lead engagements and drive innovation
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate complex processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Solid background in Software Development, demonstrating expertise in Power Platform tools
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in managing end-to-end automation projects is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) are a plus
