Job Title: Senior Finance Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial activities of the organization and overseeing the finance team.

Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and training to team members, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on financial procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set financial targets and allocations, and monitor budget performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Implement changes and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, and strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
