We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Excel to encode, organize, and manage various data sets accurately.
  • Monitor and update multiple company databases to ensure information is complete and up to date.
  • Conduct periodic audits of the company's land titles to verify accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Coordinate regularly with the company's Title Custodians for updates, retrieval, or verification of documents.
  • Handle clerical and documentation tasks related to land titles, including filing, tracking, and organizing records.

Qualifications:

  • Open for fresh grad or with 1 year experience
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail in document preparation and data entry.
  • This role is only for Temporary employment (6 months)
