Communication and Reception:

Welcome visitors and provide information.

Assisting with customer service and settling problems

Communicating with other staff members and external partners

Data and financial tasks:

Database entry and update

Essential skills and qualifications.

Effective communication, both written and spoken

Proficiency in office equipment (printers, etc.).

Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail

Capable of working both individually and as part of a team

Qualifications

Must be a college graduate even a fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
