JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Accountancy

With 1 to 3 years' experience in Collections in BPO or Shared Services

Experience in B2B Collections

Amendable to work on night shift

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and send invoices to customers and clients.

Process incoming payments from customers, including checks, credit cards, and

electronic transfers, and apply them correctly to customer accounts.

Regularly reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are

accurately recorded and posted.

Handle and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.

Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
