About the Role

We're building a next-generation creative team that blends human creativity with AI technology to deliver design, motion, and video content at scale.

As an AI Creative Specialist, youll use tools like Sora, Runway, Freepik AI Suite, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini, Midjourney, Dream Machine, and Pika to create stunning visuals, animations, and videos,  but more importantly, youll show us how you think and prompt.

Were looking for creators who understand both the art and the system those who can craft detailed prompts, iterate intelligently, and combine AI outputs with strong design and storytelling fundamentals.

What You'll Do

  • Produce graphics, videos, motion pieces, and brand assets using both traditional and AI-assisted workflows.

  • Craft, refine, and document AI prompts that generate creative visuals, motion, or video assets with precision.
  • Leverage tools like Sora, Runway, Freepik AI Suite, Firefly, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Leonardo, Pika, and Midjourney to produce top-tier creative work.
  • Edit and enhance AI outputs in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Figma.
  • Collaborate with project managers, creative directors, and clients to align outputs with brand direction.
  • Build internal AI prompt libraries and workflow templates for faster future production.
  • QC AI-generated assets to ensure visual consistency, compliance, and brand alignment.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Designer, Video Editor, or Motion Artist.
  • Strong creative judgment and understanding of composition, typography, rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in AI tools: Sora, Runway, Freepik AI Suite, Firefly, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, Flux, Midjourney, Pika, Dream Machine, or similar.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing platforms.
  • Proven ability to blend AI outputs with traditional design techniques for professional-grade results.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive in experimenting with new tools.
  • Bonus: Automation experience (Make, Zapier) or AI workflow building.
  • Huge plus: understanding of streetwear, music, cannabis, or culture-driven aesthetics.
