Job Title:

Liaison Officer (Permits & Compliance – Food Industry)

Location:

Pasig City

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Handle applications, renewals, and compliance requirements with various government agencies, including:
  • City / LGU Permits: Business permits, barangay clearances, fire and sanitation certificates, etc.
  • FDA (Food and Drug Administration): CPR, product registration, renewal, and post-market requirements.
  • BAI (Bureau of Animal Industry): Permits and certifications for food and animal-based products.
  • Other relevant food industry agencies and organizations.
  • Coordinate with government offices, follow up on applications, and ensure timely submission of requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permits and certificates.
  • Ensure company compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines.
  • Provide updates and reports to management on status of applications and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or similar role in the food/F&B industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes involving FDA, BAI, and LGU permits is a must
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with government officers
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
