As a Software Architect - AI/Automation Strategy, you will lead the design, development, and execution of high-impact AI and automation initiatives across the organization. You'll work hands-on to deliver scalable solutions, align technology with business goals, and champion innovation from concept to implementation.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 10+ years overall experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership
• At least 5 years of proven experience in AI, ML, RPA, or automation-related initiatives
• Deep understanding of AI/ML models, robotic process automation, and enterprise architecture
• Experience with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, OpenAI, AWS/GCP AI services, or similar
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technologies into clear business value propositions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, insurance)
• Background in Agile or product development environments
• Familiarity with data governance, AI ethics, and risk management frameworks

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and own the strategic vision for AI and automation across the organization
• Identify high-impact areas where AI/ML and automation can create value, increase efficiency, or reduce costs
• Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, product, and operations teams to define priorities and align initiatives with business goals
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of AI platforms, RPA tools, and automation solutions
• Oversee cross-functional project teams for AI and automation implementations
• Establish governance and ethical guidelines for the use of AI technologies
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in AI/automation
• Measure ROI and track performance of AI and automation programs
• Act as a thought leader and internal evangelist for innovation and change management
