Duties and Responsibilities

  • Architect & Build
    : Design appropriate software architecture for both common and uncommon requirements, and build entire systems from scratch with confidence and minimal guidance.
  • Client & Proposal Leadership
    : Effectively communicate technical plans and project status to clients. You will independently write comprehensive proposals, inclusive of estimates, in close collaboration with Sales and business analysts.
  • Knowledge & Community Contribution
    : Actively contribute new software development knowledge to the O&B community, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Technical Leadership
    : Provide expert technical leadership in pre-sales activities, advisory engagements, and discovery phases.
  • Mentorship & Training
    : You may be asked to teach classes, maintain training material, or conduct short talks for both internal and external audiences, leveraging your proficiency in various subject matters.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure the success of our projects and technical vision.
