The role

We are seeking a talented CAD Architect to join our dynamic team at MCArki Architectural Design. As a CAD Architect, you will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings and designs using the latest CAD software. Key responsibilities

  • Utilise CAD software to produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet all technical and aesthetic requirements
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, building codes, and design best practices
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and project stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, such as renderings and visualisations
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on design solutions

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or CAD design and Strong background in F and B and Restaurant Design
  • Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Committed in task at hand
  • Punctual and honest on the task at hand have sense of duty and deliverable.
