The Brand Assistants/Merchandise Assistants are responsible for assisting the Merchandise Manager in managing the brand/category in terms of planning, ordering, pricing, distribution, and replenishment of stocks. As well as assisting in developing sales forecast, purchase budget, marketing communication budget, financial and marketing objectives and strategies/action plans.

  • Has good interpersonal skills, assertive and energetic

Technical Competencies:

  • Computer literate, knowledge in preparation of sales/ inventory reports, budget, financial statements
  • Requires excellent skills in Merchandise Management and Data Processing
  • Requires good computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and word processing applications
  • Creative and innovative
  • Analytic
  • Good in math

Minimum Education:

  • College degree of a 4 -year business or merchandising course

Minimum Work Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in merchandise management with exposure in the retail industry
  • Open to fresh graduates as well
