Job Summary

Group Bee Trading OPC is looking for a results-driven Sales Agent to join our expanding sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. The Sales Agent will also be responsible for strategic sales planning, managing key accounts, and contributing to overall business growth.

We are seeking individuals who are proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented—with the ability to lead by example and drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
  • Establish and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop action plans
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Willing to attend a face-to-face interview at our Mandaluyong Head Office
