Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Will work closely with drivers and other members of the operations team to ensure that all vehicles are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner
  • Plan and coordinate vehicle routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Assigned drivers to specific vehicles based on drivers availability, vehicle type, and delivery schedule.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and other relevant information
  • Monitor driver progress and adjust routes as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve any issues or problems arise during delivery process
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concern, and providing updates as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of dispatches, drivers activities, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other members of operations team to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Obligated to attend meeting with team members and clients that are relevant to delivery operations, planning and new process implementations.
