Roles and Responsibilities:

· Receive allocated orders and schedule from Operations Head /Supervisors, then contacts the drivers to arrange product loading and deliveries (Dispatching).

· Maintain contact with the drivers throughout their routes using GPS/CCTV, to monitor their progress and to troubleshoot any problems that may arise along the way.

· Relay information to Customers / Road Transport regularly (Depot in, Depot out, Client in, Client out and every 2 hours or as the need may arise) to keep them informed.

· Ensure that ALL documents required of a trip are complete and in order.

· Do driver briefing by showing TTDC and DR; and truck pre-departure checklist

Qualification

  • College Graduate
  • Experience in Logistics and Dispatching is required
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to be assigned in Pook ni Banal San Pascual Batangas
